Resale Condominiums Below 1mil That You Can Consider Today

With the rising property prices in Singapore, have you ever wondered where can you find proper 3 bedroom units which are about 5years old or lesser? I am currently serving a few HDB Upgraders and after conversations, I realise majority feels most comfortable working within a 1 million budget. Of course, everyone prefers new developments. Even if it is a resale private property- the younger the better. Therefore I’ve decided to do a quick research- 3 bedrooms, about 5 years old maximum and below 1M to see what is available in the current market.


After doing a quick research, I have listed down the possible options that you can consider. They are all located Outside the Central Region (OCR) and congregated into 5 areas in the North to East Region.
